Privacy policy

• Your email address. The one you verified. It is the only address your agent can ever write to.
• The messages you send and receive. Subject and body text of mail between you and your agent, so it has conversational context. Quoted trailers are stripped before storage.
• Facts your agent decides to remember. Short statements extracted from your mail, for example a preference or a project you mentioned. Capped at 200 per agent. You can read them by asking your agent what it remembers, and delete them by asking it to forget.
• Your schedules and timezone. Any recurring email you set up, and a timezone guessed from the Date header of your own mail so that "9am" means your 9am.
• Usage counters. Token and message counts per day, used to enforce limits.

We do not store attachments. Executable attachments are rejected outright and are never shown to the model.

Two processors, both of which see message content:

• Resend delivers and receives the mail itself.
• Our language model provider (xAI) receives the text of your message plus the stored facts and recent context needed to answer it. Prompts are sent for inference only, and we ask the provider not to retain them. When your agent needs current information it searches the web through the same provider, so a search query it writes goes there too.

Data is stored in a managed Postgres database. We do not sell your data, do not use it for advertising, and do not train models on it.

Your agent only ever emails the address you verified. It cannot be instructed to email anyone else, including by text inside a message you forward to it. Mail sent to your agent from any other address is discarded without a reply.

Reply DELETE to any email from your agent. You will get a confirmation link, and confirming erases the address, every stored message, every remembered fact and every schedule. It is immediate and cannot be undone. Reply STOP instead if you only want it to go quiet.

Mail already delivered to your own inbox is yours and is not affected. Copies may persist in our email provider's logs for their own retention period.

Messages and memories are kept until you delete your agent. Unconfirmed claims, rate-limit counters and processed-webhook records are swept automatically within days.
