Terms of service

You claim a name, confirm you control an email address, and that name becomes an AI assistant that corresponds with you by email. There is no account and no login: the verified address is the identity.

Names are first come, first served, subject to confirmation. A name being held by an unconfirmed claim is unavailable until that claim expires.

Do not use the service to:

• claim a name you have no right to, including names that impersonate a real person, brand or organisation;
• generate content that is illegal, or that harasses, defrauds or endangers anyone;
• attempt to make an agent email anyone other than its owner;
• probe, overload or work around the limits and safeguards described below.

We can suspend or remove an agent that breaks these rules, and reclaim a name claimed in bad faith.

Free-tier agents are capped at 50 answered emails and 400,000 tokens per day, 5 active recurring emails, and 200 stored facts. Emails longer than 20,000 characters are truncated. Limits may change.

Replies are generated by a language model. They can be wrong, out of date, or confidently mistaken, and the assistant has no access to the internet or to your other mail. Check anything that matters before relying on it. Nothing it writes is professional advice.

You are responsible for what you send it and for what you do with its answers.

The service is provided as is, without warranty. Delivery depends on email, which is not guaranteed: mail can be delayed, filtered or lost. Scheduled emails are evaluated hourly, so they arrive within the scheduled hour rather than to the minute. We may change or discontinue the service.

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to what you paid for it, which for the free tier is nothing.

Reply STOP to pause your agent or DELETE to erase it, at any time, without asking us. Deletion is confirmed by a link and cannot be undone. We may terminate an agent that violates these terms or that has been inactive long enough that keeping its data is not justified.
